DMYC Regatta 2026 is scheduled for the weekend of 6 and 7 June. There will be racing for keelboats on Saturday, and racing for dinghies on Saturday and Sunday (all subject to weather conditions, as usual). Food and entertainment will be provided ashore after racing each day.

Notice of Race

DMYC Regatta 2026 – Notice of Race. This tells you what types of boat can enter the Regatta, what type of racing will be provided, and when.

Entry

The Regatta entry form is available online. This must be completed by the owner of the boat, or an authorised representative of the owner(s). If the person entering is under 18, consent from a parent or guardian will be needed.

Number of entries to date will let you see what the competition will be like! For dinghies, classes and starts may change, depending on the number of entries.

Sailing Instructions

Sailing Instructions are now available. This document is common to all the Dun Laoghaire club regattas for 2026. It includes the general Sailing Instructions, Addendum A for cruisers, Addendum B for one-design keelboats and Addendum C for dinghies. Addendum C is changed for the DMYC Regatta – see below.

Amendment 1 – Dinghies

As the DMYC Regatta includes dinghy racing over two days, this amendment replaces Addendum C in the document above, for the DMYC Regatta only. The general Sailing Instructions on pages 2 and 3 of the document above still apply to dinghies in the DMYC regatta – only Addendum C is changed, with changes to courses, marks, classes and schedule of racing.

Amendment 2 – Dinghies

As there are no Melges 15 competitors, the start sequence for races on Sunday is changed to omit the Melges start. However, the start times for the first race of the day remain as scheduled: Fireball start at 10:33, ILCA 7 at 10:36, etc. Published 20:57 Saturday 6 June.

Results

The results will be available on HalSail after racing.
