This is Amendment 2 to the Sailing Instructions, affecting dinghy classes only.
As there are no Melges competitors, the start sequence for races on Sunday is changed to omit the Melges start.
The start times for the first races of the day remain as scheduled: Fireball at 10:33, ILCA 7 at 10:36, etc.
