Amendment 1

Following engagement with Dublin Port Company, the course to the Kish Lighthouse will now pass South of the Muglins Island (instead of an inflatable mark). From the start, round the Muglins to port, then Kish to port, then Muglins to starboard and return to finish. This applies to both racing and cruising boats.

Amendment 2

As DBSC marks are being removed, the description of the finish line has changed to use an orange pillar buoy. This may be the DBSC mark if it is still in place, or an inflatable mark.

Also, the alternative courses in Appendix B have been changed to remove DBSC marks and add the Bray outfall buoy as a possible destination.
