Note SI 1.6, allowing ILCA and Aero boats use a smaller sail than normal, as announced in the Notice of Race.
The “Blue Flag Rule” is gone, but SI 11.6 still requires boats that have finished racing to stay out of the finishing area while the finish line is active.
Also note that the finish mark may be a small pin mark, not the striped inflatable cylinder used for the start line. If both marks are in the water, the pin mark is the finish mark – the striped mark is probably being set up as the start mark for the next race.
